Meet Our Coaches: Dara Mikituk & Veronica Trevino

Our pre and postnatal fitness programs are led by two highly experienced coaches, Dara Mikituk and Veronica Trevino. Both are dedicated to helping women maintain their health and strength through every stage of pregnancy and beyond. With specialized training and a deep understanding of the physical demands of motherhood, they ensure that each program is tailored to the unique needs of every client.

Pre and Postnatal Fitness: Tailored for You


-developing a program that is safe for clients while their pregnant; this is very individual as each clients’ training history is taken into account.

-virtual consultations and assessment for post natal clients to understand all the individual needs, type of delivery and degree of diastasis.


Safe and Effective Workouts: -take all the necessary precautions before advising any and all physical activity/intensity. 

Nutritional Guidance:

 -it is within my scope of practice to discuss nutrition but not within my scope to prescribe full meal plans/macronutrient plans.

Focus on Recovery and Rebuilding Strength: 

-taking into account the individual's fitness history, and fitness goals.

-Making sure there is accountability and support.

-able to be available if there are questions/concerns


Postpartum Care: Gentle Reintroduction to Fitness

Once you’ve welcomed your new baby, returning to fitness can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. Our Postpartum Care program is designed to provide a gentle, supportive reintroduction to fitness, ensuring that you rebuild strength safely and effectively.


Core and Pelvic Floor Strengthening: 

-making sure there are no fitness limitations because of weak core or urinary incontinence.

-assess diastasis and ensure that the proper rehabilitation is performed.

-having a program that is heavily focused on the types of muscular weaknesses that typically show up after pregnancy and childbirth
